ROAST TURKEY RECIPE
Thanksgiving is a important date to the six friends, and roast turkey is the main menu prepared by Monica Geller. Below is the recipe of this delicious roast turkey, enjoy it!
Ingredients:
1 turkey
2 large onions cut into small
pieces
1/2 teaspoon of pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of French
mustard
1 bottle of dry white wine
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup melted butter
1 pinch of salt
Some melted butter to inject
Preparation:
Preheat oven on medium heat (180
° C). Add in a blender onions, garlic, pepper sauce, mustard, 1 cup of wine, 1
cup of chicken broth, butter, salt and beat well. Then pass to a bowl, adding
the wine and the remaining chicken broth and mix well. Stuff the turkey and
place it in the pan without greasing. Hold the turkey breast skin with one hand
and with the other, push it to release the flesh. Pierce the meat with a fork
and, with the help of a seasoned gun, inject the melted butter in several
turkey breast points. Rub the seasoning cooked turkey surface and inject a bit
in the flesh. Pull the skin back, again covering the turkey and sew with thick
thread. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 3 hours, basting the
turkey every 20 minutes with the sauce in the pan to fall. When the paper
is already blackened, remove it and leave the turkey in the oven until
golden brown.
